I’ve found the machine to be true to description. I like the heat function and mode settings. I was a bit confused by the shipping process but once it shipped from China the tracking information was accurate. I would recommend it.

It’s good but the heat was a bit disappointing. Can’t even feel that it’s on. I do like the feeling as if someone is massaging you. I also like the fact that I could turn it on anytime I want not have to wait for a Massage Therapist. Overall, I like it. I sent a video as the card that was with the package said, but I have a feeling that it’s not real card said send a video and will send you a free massager. It’s kinda hard to believe.

I ve been trying to look for something that would give a similar hand massage to my neck and shoulder without having to buy the big massage chairs and I finally found this. our family owns a bunch of massager and muscle soothing equipments like the massage gun, the cup for ventosa, the rollers and etc but, something is still missing. This product exceeded my expectations. I wish I had thought to get something like this sooner. I'm a receptionist and sitting at a computer 8 hours a day is killing my back and neck. So much so that being active after work is usually a NO because I'm already in pain. I prefer to use it laying down, it needs to be plugged in while you use it so keep location in mind. When I unboxed it, this appeared to be a neck massager like any other. However, I really like it. It charges, and operates without a cord. Woo hoo! It recommends ten minute sessions daily. I can keep it going a couple more times, without running out of charge. I just plug it in at the end of the evening, and it is ready for the next use.
