HiZoo Ambassador Program – Terms of Service

Welcome to the HiZoo Ambassador Program! We’re excited to collaborate with creators who genuinely love our products and want to share them with their community. By participating in this gifting program, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Program Overview

HiZoo partners with BarterAI, an influencer marketing agency, to provide selected creators with free products in exchange for authentic social media content.

2. Eligibility

To participate, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18).
  • Have a public social media account with an engaged audience.
  • Agree to post content within 14 days of receiving your HiZoo product.

3. Posting Requirements

By accepting a gifted product, you agree to:

  • Post a high-quality video (Instagram Reels, TikTok, or other short-form content). Instagram Stories alone do not qualify as valid deliverables.
  • Tag @hizooco and use the designated campaign hashtags provided.
  • Clearly disclose that the product was gifted (e.g., #Gifted, #Sponsored, or as per FTC guidelines).
  • Ensure your content aligns with HiZoo’s brand tone and values.

4. Product Delivery & Timeline

Once your shipment is delivered, your 14-day posting window begins. We’ll share tracking details so you can plan accordingly.

Failure to post within this period without prior notice may affect your eligibility for future collaborations.

5. Content Usage Rights

By participating, you grant HiZoo and BarterAI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use and repurpose your content across our marketing channels, including social media, email, website as well as paid advertisements on any platform (e.g. Meta Ads, YouTube Ads etc.).

6. No Monetary Compensation

This collaboration is based solely on product gifting. Monetary payment will only be made if separately agreed to in writing.

7. Important: No Additional Free Product Eligibility

Creators who receive a gifted product through this program are not eligible for additional free products through other HiZoo promotions (such as review incentives, video testimonial offers, or post-purchase campaigns).

These promotions are intended for paying customers only and do not apply to influencer collaborations.

8. Failure to Post or Non-Compliance

By accepting a gifted product, you agree to deliver your content as outlined. If you fail to post within the required timeframe, HiZoo reserves the right to:

  • Request reimbursement for the product’s retail value, or
  • Limit or terminate your eligibility for future campaigns.

9. Termination & Violations

HiZoo and BarterAI reserve the right to suspend or remove creators who violate these terms, misuse campaign incentives, or post content inconsistent with brand standards.
